Actor at Henryk Tomaszewski’s Wrocław Pantomime Theatre (1964–1975), co-founder of The Stage of Mimes at The Warsaw Chamber Opera (1975), founder and art director of American School of Polish Mime and Mimedance Theatre Company in New York (1979). Teacher at numerous American universities and Ecole Internationale de Mimodrame de Paris Marcel Marceau. Artistic director of the Warsaw Pantomime Theatre at the State Jewish Theatre in Warsaw (1994–2002). Founder of The Mimes Studio (1994). Author and artistic director of International Mime Art Festival at “Teatr na Woli” (2000–2004).
