Day-long workshops with Stefan Niedziałkowski

The two premiere performances „MEMORY OBLIVION CREATION” will be accompanied by all-day workshops on 15th of November in BUTOHSFERA (Narbutta 46/48 in Warsaw). The workshops will be led by Stefan Niedziałkowski. The workshops are dedicated to everyone interested in movement theatre. A few days beforehand, general preparation is recommended: stretching, aerobic and strength exercises. The workshops participants will learn how to practice so that the body becomes a reflection of thoughts and emotional experiences, and so a dramatic instrument revealing universal truth. Through collaborative work on the body, Stefan Niedziałkowski will explain why, in his theater, he calls the actor-mime the Silent Actor-Creator.
